At Beige Alain Ducasse Tokyo, we have prepared a new plan that can be used as a gift for a special occasion. This plan for two is built around the image of the limited Floral Edition 2004 bottle of Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque, a champagne known for Émile Gallé’s anemone design.

Held by Beige Alain Ducasse Tokyo since 2008, this year’s “Rendez-vous” series will feature a total of three programs. The French word “rendez-vous” means “to meet” or “to encounter,” but our version of “Rendez-vous” is place that brings food together through the fusion of cuisine created by famous chefs from Japan and abroad with that of Beige Alain Ducasse Tokyo. The theme for this year is “Sweets.”
Achieving great success at each session, this event called “Great Wines by the Carafe” has become a regular event at Beige.

For Les Rendez-vous culinaires “Monaco – Paris – Londres,” we have invited the top chefs from the three flagship of Alain Ducasse restaurants to Tokyo. Starting in May with Monaco and continuing in July with Paris, the worldview of Alain Ducasse was portrayed through the various cuisines of each chef. In November, the final stage of the event will be London.
